Cowboy State Politics has officially moved to Sheridan!  To commemorate the occasion, we investigated Sheridan's newly constructed $1.3 million morgue and the big mistake they made in building it.  Harry Pollak joins me to discuss.

Joey and I spent an hour and a half going through most of the ratings websites.  We discussed what the data tells you and some of the people behind them.  Also, Americans for Prosperity--who are they really?  Are they conservative?  We talk about it all!

Rep Bill Henderson hasn't had an opponent since 2016.  Now one of the most liberal Redcoats in the House of Representatives does.  His name is Gary Brown.  He has spent almost as much time watching the legislature as I have.  Tuesday we had a great discussion.

Management Council is meeting today to discuss interim topics.  Fresh off of their victory in defeating the special session, the redcoats have a proposal.

It's Easter weekend and it wouldn't be complete without a  back-handed anti-Christian article from the Pravda.  2,000 years ago, it was the Romans, today it's the Marxists.  They both have the same message and the same motivation.

Mark Jones is running to represent House District 40 in Sheridan and Johnson Counties.  I sat down with him yesterday.  The Wyoming Caucus has slipped and fell in the creek this week.  They've issued a couple of press releases attempting to clean up what happened in the legislative session.

Governor Gordon saved the best bills for last.  He vetoed the repeal of gun-free zones, the regulation of abortion and one of the better property tax bills.  Now, conservatives are calling for a special session to address those vetoes.  Albert and Oggy issue a statement about having a special session.

Cyrus Western is out of the race for the state legislature!  Happy Days!  The Sheridan City Council just gave a whopping half-million dollars to a bunch of "non-profits."  Too bad the Wyoming Constitution clearly says they can't.

Does it matter if you aren't from Wyoming?  Some politicians aren't either say that it does.  Joey Correnti and the lovely Christine join me on the program to talk about it.

The Wyoming Caucus claims that if you aren't from Wyoming you shouldn't run for office.  Too bad a bunch of them aren't from here either.  It seems that that the Wyoming media can't figure out how big the budget is; I have the documents with the real numbers.  Several articles have been written about HD 51 candidate Laurie Bratten.  I sat down with her to clear them up.

Later this week: the media is saying the Wyoming Legislature spent $10.6 Billion.  But that's not exactly accurate.  And House District 51 Candidate Laurie Bratten responds to an article in the Wyoming Caucus paid for Cow Pie about her candidacy.

The only thing we heard in the 2024 Budget Session is that we have to "respect the process."  That process has been used to abuse the rights of Wyoming Citizens, exclude us and hide what our elected officials are actually doing.  Also, Governor Gordon wears a Dr Evil tie and jokes about spending a billion of your dollars.

Rep Harriet Hageman joins me to talk about Joe Biden's State of the Union Address.  She also discusses a recent meeting with Jordan Peterson.

Sen Troy McKeown from Gillette joins me to discuss the budget and what happened with the Budget Joint Conference Committee.  Also, Rep Martha Lawley ironically and self-reflectingly calls ME a liar in an email to a constituent.  Here's my response.

What politicians say and what they do are two different things.  Redcoats constantly do this with the 2nd Amendment.  When it's election time they love the 2nd Amendment but when it comes time to vote it's a different Story.

Wyoming Republican Party National Committeeman Corey Steinmetz joins me to discuss what is happening at the RNC--Ronna McDaniel's replacement and what we need to do in Wyoming.

Albert Sommers and Ogden Driskill are to blame for whatever dysfunction is happening in Cheyenne.  They set it up that way from the very beginning.  There's another gun bill still alive.  It's SF109, the Prohibit Red Flag Gun Seizure Act.  Perplexingly, it's sponsor doesn't want it to mirror Wyoming's SAPA law. 

Sheridan Rep Ken Pendergraft joins me to talk about some of the tax bills in the legislature.  He's also interested in an education savings account bill that passed the House.

House Appropriations tries to hide budgetary information from Representatives in the House.  HD 30 Rep Mark Jennings joins me on the program to talk HB203, HB45, his votes on both and the death of Sheridan Police Officer Krinkee.

The Wyoming Caucus PAC Chairman, JoAnne True attempted to use the police to intimidate a journalist.  A member of the Wyoming Caucus is caught plagiarizing a speech from a former Democrat President on the Wyoming House floor.  They're finally acting like true Democrats.

If you think the Wyoming Caucus is interested in giving you a tax break, you really need to think again.  Rep Mark Jennings ran an amendment to give you a break of $80 and they wouldn't even do that.  They're Redcoats.  Don't ever forget that!

Dr. Naomi Wolf was visiting Cheyenne to discuss her election integrity bill with Wyoming Legislators.  We sat down to talk about the reasons for her bill and to talk about her new company dailyclout.io

On Weekend Update Dr. Namoi Wolf joins me to talk about her election integrity bill she's asking state legislatures to pass.

The Wyoming Caucus and their paid political operatives have been breaking Wyoming Law.  They have allowed a lobbyist, PAC Official and paid political consultant to set up shop in the Speaker Pro-Tempore's office--a clear violation of Wyoming law.  It's called, "Misuse of Office."

Rep Bob Nicholas may not live in the district he was elected to represent.  An article from Wyoming Truth, an interview with his wife, says that he lives in Lander--272 miles away from his district.

Wyoming GOP Chairman Frank Eathorne and Joey Correnti join me to talk about the session and the recent GOP State Central Committee meeting in Lovell.

Once again, Bob Nicholas is trying to use the budget to take away the Secretary of State's power.  The appropriations committee tries this gag with every other elected official, why not Chuck Gray?  Fortunately, the conservatives caught exactly what they are doing!

The Senate Ag Committee held an oversight hearing on the "effects" of CO2.  This is an AMAZING presentation!

Happy Valentines Day! There are lots of things that happen on the House floor that you don't ever see.  To some of them it's funny when they can hide their votes.  HB22 was a tax on streaming services.  It was killed by conservatives.  But, it's what happened after everyone had voted that you need to pay attention to.  It's funny to them.  So much for transparency. 

Prudent and fiscally conservative is the last thing the Governor's budget is.  Accurate is the last thing the Cow Pie's article about it is.  The Department of Revenue has responded to reports of the DOR training lobbyists.  It's as laughable as the article about it.

Rep David Northrup claims that he's a "Reagan Era Republican."  He claims that HB19 is a fantastic piece of legislation while calling Rep Jennings a hypocrite.  If he's looking for hypocrisy, he need only look in the mirror.

It wouldn't be a legislative session without Nancy Case trying medicaid expansion one more time.  He has failed so many times in the past, why not give it another go?  The Cow Pie has an article about it that is littered with inaccuracies.

There's a big difference between advertising and a partnership.  One media outlet in Wyoming is partnering with a very interesting group.

The 600th episode of Cowboy State Politics!!  Everyone in the media claims that there is no voter fraud in Wyoming.  The Red Star's Saturday paper claims there have only been 3 cases in the recent past.  Really, we just don't prosecute it.

Breaking: Cowboy State Politics has obtained documents proving that the Wyoming Department of Revenue is already spending your money to train county assessors on House Bill 45--a bill that hasn't even been heard for a vote yet.  The best part is, the training was given to a lobbying organization.

It's not just the federal government that has it in for you.  Tonight, I'm going to tell you about a Wyoming government agency that is spending your money on something that hasn't even been introduced in the legislature yet.

The Wyoming Freedom Caucus held an event in Sheridan over the weekend.  Rep Jeremy Haroldson delivered a fantastic keynote address.  Also, AOC and Rep Crago have two new op-eds.  They really aren't worth your time.

An exclusive interview with United States Senator Cynthia Lummis about her vote on the Prove It Act--a bill that some in Wyoming have called a gateway to a carbon tax.  Campbell County Rep and WYFC Chairman joins me to discuss why he believes it is a terrible bill.  Also Governor Gordon is rewriting history again at the 2024 Shot Show.

Yesterday, the Sheridan County Commissioners were served with a lawsuit over their refusal to choose a candidate to fill a vacancy on their board.  The suit clearly lays out how it was a coordinated effort to flaunt Wyoming Statute.

The Redcoats have a number of so-called tax reduction bills.  The big ones they are touting have some major problems--some of them are really misleading.  Campbell County Rep John Bear joins me to discuss them.

AOC, Albert and Ogden, "Conservatives," penned another piece in the Cow Pie.  As usual, it's completely misleading.  Robert Jarosh is selected to join the Wyoming Supreme Court.
