Jillian Balow is the twice elected former Wyoming State Superintendent of Public Instruction. She took a job working for Glen Younkin's administration in Virginia for a time and has since moved back to Wyoming. Now she's trying her hand at the U.S. House of Representatives. Balow joined me on Cowboy State Politics Live to discuss her candidacy.
